Tarangire National Park
After breakfast at your Arusha hotel, drive to Tarangire National Park for a full-day game drive. Known for its massive elephant herds and iconic baobab trees, Tarangire offers some of the highest wildlife density in Tanzania. Afternoon game drive continues before you check in at your lodge near the park.
Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, depart for the world-famous Serengeti National Park. En route, stop at the Olduvai Gorge - one of the most important archaeological sites in Africa. Enter the Serengeti through the Naabi Hill Gate and enjoy an afternoon game drive across the vast central plains (Seronera area), home to a high concentration of predators including lions, leopards, and cheetahs.
Full-Day Serengeti Exploration
A full day dedicated to exploring the Serengeti. Start with a sunrise game drive, tracking predators at their most active hour. After a bush breakfast, continue deeper into the park. Depending on the season, you may witness the Great Migration - millions of wildebeest and zebras moving across the plains. Late afternoon game drive before returning to your lodge.
Ngorongoro Crater
After an early breakfast, depart for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Descend 600 metres into the Ngorongoro Crater - the world's largest intact volcanic caldera and one of Africa's most wildlife-dense areas. The crater floor is home to over 25,000 large mammals including the rare black rhino, large lion prides, and massive herds of wildebeest, zebras, and buffalo. Afternoon ascent and transfer to your lodge on the crater rim.
Arusha Departure
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast at your crater rim lodge overlooking the Ngorongoro Crater. Depending on your departure schedule, opt for a morning game drive in Lake Manyara or a visit to a Maasai village before transferring back to Arusha or Kilimanjaro International Airport for your departure flight.
