Amboseli offers the best wildlife photography in Africa with the snow-capped Kilimanjaro creating dramatic backdrops. Expect to see large elephant herds, lions, cheetahs, hyenas, giraffes, and over 400 bird species. Morning: Breakfast at 06:00. Depart Nairobi for Amboseli via the Nairobi-Mombasa Highway. Amboseli to Lake Nakuru - Flamingo Paradise
Early morning game drive in Amboseli to capture the legendary sight of Kilimanjaro at sunrise with elephants in the foreground. Return for breakfast, then depart for Lake Nakuru National Park. Arrive for a game drive along the lakeshore where thousands of greater and lesser flamingos create a spectacular pink carpet. Lake Nakuru is also one of Kenya's most important rhino sanctuaries and the best place to see both black and white rhinos, along with lions, waterbucks, and buffalos. Morning: Pre-sunrise game drive in Amboseli. Capture Kilimanjaro at dawn. Return for breakfast. Depart for Lake Nakuru. Afternoon: Arrive at Lake Nakuru. Lake Nakuru to Masai Mara - The Great Migration
After breakfast, depart for the world-famous Masai Mara National Reserve, the crown jewel of Kenya's safari destinations. Arrive at your luxury lodge in time for lunch, then embark on an exciting afternoon game drive across the Mara's golden savannah plains. Search for resident prides of lions, elusive leopards, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, zebras, and vast herds of wildebeest. Full Day Masai Mara Game Drives
Rise before dawn for an early morning game drive when the Mara's predators are most active. Witness the spectacular African sunrise as lions begin their hunt and cheetahs scan the plains. Return to the lodge for breakfast, then spend the afternoon exploring different habitats from the Musiara Swamp and its famous marsh pride of lions to the Mara River's hippo pools. Visit a traditional Maasai village to learn about their rich cultural heritage. Enjoy sundowners on the plains as the sky ignites in orange and crimson before returning to the lodge for dinner beneath the stars. Morning: Pre-dawn game drive 06:00-09:00. Return for breakfast. Visit a Maasai village for cultural immersion. Afternoon: Lunch at lodge. Mid-afternoon game drive exploring Musiara Swamp, Mara River, and Keekorok plains. Final Game Drive & Return to Nairobi
Wake before dawn for one last spectacular game drive in the Masai Mara, capturing the extraordinary early morning light as the savannah comes alive. Enjoy a farewell bush breakfast surrounded by the African wilderness — freshly brewed coffee and pancakes set up in the bush. Afterward, pack and begin the scenic drive back to Nairobi through the Great Rift Valley. Arrive in the early afternoon for lunch before transferring to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your onward departure. Morning: Dawn game drive 05:30-08:00. Best Time to Travel
