My journey began as a porter on Mount Kilimanjaro. Carrying gear up Africa's highest peak taught me the mountain's every secret — the trails, the weather, the summit. I worked my way up, earned my certifications, and became a licensed guide for both Kilimanjaro and wildlife safaris.
In 2019, I founded African Majestic Adventures with a simple mission: to offer travelers an authentic, locally-owned experience that respects both the land and the people. Today, I've led hundreds of travelers to the summit of Kilimanjaro and through the wild plains of Tanzania's most famous parks.
When you travel with us, you're not booking with a foreign company — you're booking with a local Tanzanian who started at the bottom and built this company from the ground up. That's the difference.

Do I need climbing experience to summit Kilimanjaro?
No technical climbing experience is required — Kilimanjaro is a trek, not a technical climb. A reasonable level of fitness and proper acclimatization matter far more than prior experience.
How far in advance should I book a safari?
We recommend booking at least 2-3 months ahead for peak season (July-October and December-February), though we can often accommodate shorter notice outside those windows.
Do you offer airport pickup?
Yes — airport transfers from Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) are included in all our tour packages.
What is your Kilimanjaro summit success rate?
Our summit success rate is 95%+, thanks to itineraries built with proper acclimatization days rather than the shortest possible route.
What payment methods do you accept?
